The Candidate's employment details will be matched with the existing employee records maintained by the Human Resources Department (HRD) of each previous employment.
EDUCATION VERIFICATION
The Candidate's provided educational background will be checked through the Registrar's office, typically to verify the dates of attendance, the degree obtained and if candidate is a graduate or not.
ADDRESS VERIFICATION
The Candidate address/ residence is established by conducting a physical visit to their declared address/es. This can be either their current or their permanent address.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
This check is used to ensure that candidate/ applicants' provided information is associated with the identity of a real person who is applying for a job, or already an employee of the company.
Usually processed with candidate's valid government issued.
CRIMINAL RECORDS
The Candidate's personal details will be matched with the existing public records of various Municipal Trial Courts (MTC) and Regional Trial Courts (RTC) nationwide.
