Collection of Personal Information:

·         The type of data to be provided by the clients for screening or verification contains Personal Identifiable Information (PII) like complete name, date of birth, and/or address.  Details to be provided by a client will depend on the package and screening or check areas as defined in the contract between Prowess and the client

·         Prowess shall receive the data/information for screening or verification from a client if all the following requirements have complied:

 

• Written request from the client containing the data/information of the data subject.

• Data/information is included in the contract.

• Consent from the data subject

 

·         PDS shall receive the result of screening or verification from a person or institution provided that the following are satisfied:

 

• The result shall consist of a “Yes” or “No” answer or response.  The response indicates that the declared data/information for screening or verification is confirmed. 

• No other data/information shall be asked or collected other than confirmation of declared information authorized by the data subject.

 

 

Use of Personal Information:

PII or data received from a client shall only be used by the PDS for documentation purposes.  No employees of PDS shall use the data/information other than for its intended purpose which is verification.

 

Personal Information Protection:

It is our policy to protect the personal information of our data subjects from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. To protect your personal information, we use encryption, firewalls, and other security measures. We also require our employees and service providers to follow strict confidentiality and security procedures when handling your personal information.
 

Sharing of Personal Information:

As a general rule, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties unless it is required by law or necessary to provide or perform our services. In order to provide our services, we may share your personal information with our service providers or partners.
